Tips on improving the condition of Limp, Rough, and Dry Hairs

Limp, Dry, and Rough hair is a common problem in teenage girls and also in women. Every girl and women wants long, strong and smooth hair because hair is the beauty of women.
But nowadays Increasing pollution, Unprotected hair from sun,  No Oiling, Using different shampoo in every wash leads to hair fall, dry hair, rough hair, split ends damages the beauty of hair.
Another reason  for hair problems is strong UV rays of sun, which not only makes your hair look dirty, but also affects the health of hairs.
So, It's very important for you all to understand about the hair disease and it's various problem. 
Here are some home remedies for you to protect your hair from pollution, hair fall, and other common problems of hair.



  1. Apply a mixture of aloe juice and curd in equal quantities on your scalp and rinse to cure dry hair.
  2. Prawns contains Zinc that maintains the scalp's oil-secreting glands , which keep hair shiny and healthy.
  3. If you have thin, limp hair, use a roller brush to lift hair from the roots and comb.
  4. For dry hair take ripe banana pulp, curd before shampoo  OR  honey yogurt.
  5. For soft hair take one cup of milk and honey before shampoo, let it dry rinse your hair after two hours.
  6. For naturally soft and straight hair make a mixture of one glass of coconut milk, lemon juice, cool it in refrigerator  until it gets a creamy look . Apply this  mixture on hair , let it for half an hour. Rinse it with warm water. 
  7. Another way to get straight hair naturally, take fuller earth's powder , egg white, rice flour.  Make a liquid mixture . Apply it on hair only, not on SCALP. Rinse after three hours with warm water.Do this process once a week.For three months.
  8. Add egg white, fenugreek seeds, and leaves of  hisbscus flower. Blend it . Apply mixture  from scalp  to tip of hair . Rinse after 20 to 25  minutes.Do this process at least thrice a month.
  9. To get silky hair, add to egg white, one lime juice, mix it well. Wash off after 20 minutes with cold water. Do this at least twice a week.
  10. A simple mixture of avocado and egg white can be  a great conditioner for the hair.
  11. Eating Walnuts and dry fruit's with milk early in the morning during breakfast  shows the quick result in your hair.walnut makes hair shiny, long, smooth, and even straight.
  12. Cover your hair with scarf  before stepping into  the sun. 

                                                                 FILL YOUR PLATE 

  •    Concentrate on your protein and fat intake, in particular omega-3 fatty acids.
  •    Vitamins like A, C  and  B complex, iron and  Folic acids will boost your hair health.
  •    Vitamin E in low levels is also a good idea, so is Zinc.
  •    So, load up on the salmon, eggs, fruits, lentils, and flax seeds

  •   Avoid excess intake of sugar - loaded food, starch, aerated drinks, caffeine, alcohol and nicotine etc.


                                                              GREEN GRAM SALAD
  •   1 cup green gram without skin {Soaked 4-5 hrs}.
  •   3 large green chilies.
  •   1/2 cup semolina.
  •   1 and 1/2 inch  piece ginger.
  •   1/4 cup grated carrot.
  •   1/2 cup finely chopped onions.
  •   1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum.
  •   1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes.
  •   1/2 cup sprouts.
  •   1/4 cu[p low - fat yogurt.
  •   2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
  •   1/4 tsp red chilies powder.
  •   Salt to taste.
  •   4 tsp oil.

     Strain the soaked green gram and rinse once with water. Put the gram, chilies and ginger in a mixer and grind to a paste using a little water.Add the semolina to the paste and  mix well. Stir in all the vegetables, sprouts, yogurt, coriander leaves and the seasonings.Add 1/4 cup water {as required} to make batter of semi thick consistency. Heat a non-stick pan and spread 1/2 cup batter to a five inch wide pancake. Using 1/2 tsp oil, cook on low heat till  done  on both sides.


                                             
                                                YOUR MEAL PLAN FOR THE DAY 

  1. Morning :- Tea or coffee, along with four to six soaked almonds.
  2. Breakfast:- Steamed green gram , yogurt, or double - toned milk and iron - rich fruit {watermelon and dates}and eggs.
  3. Mid morning:- Buttermilk, vegetable juice or coconut water.
  4. Lunch:- Grams or soy nuggets {substitute with chicken or fish}, two green veggies steamed, rice and yogurt.
  5. Tea:- About 5 to 10 nuts {pistachios are rich in iron}, two whole wheat crackers and buttermilk or fruit juice.
  6. Dinner:- Chick pea salad, spinach sup {substitute with  chicken or fish}, mushroom matter, yogurt and rice or grams.

       
                                                                     HOT TIPS

  • For teatime, have a salad with walnuts, they're a good source of omega -3 fatty acids.
  • For a zinc deficiency  have lamb, chicken, lobster and salmon, pumpkin seeds are a great substitute for vegetarian.
  • Up your iron intake with curry leaves sup.Blend curry leaves and coriander leaves in 1:1 ratio, along with some ginger, garlic, green chilies, lime and salt.

 NOTE:- Home (Herbal) treatments takes effect slowly as compared to other treatments.
