Constipation is a condition characterized by difficult or infrequent bowel movement and hard, dry stool.
Constipation is more than a troublesome condition. It is an insidious drain on the health of million of people. For most lazy Americans it is easier to pop a popping pill than to change the diet. Constipation plagues the people of all age.
Constipation is not a easy subject, but for many people it is an even more uncomfortable condition.
Here are some easy and simple home remedies to easy the condition of constipation.



  1. If you are suffering form chronic constipation, eat papaya in the morning as it works as an excellent laxatives.
  2. Eat lady finger  it relieves constipation and normalize it.
  3. Sapodilla is a good source of dietary fibre and helps cure constipation.
  4. Eat a plum as it is known to be an effective natural laxative.
  5. Cabbage juice is also beneficial for treating constipation. Have a 1/2 cup of cabbage juice twice a daily for four weeks, will cure the problem of constipation.
  6. For chronic constipation, have fig early in the morning (empty stomach). Consume figs in large quantities for better results.
  7. Castor oil has a compound that stimulates the small and large intestine. Swallow 1 to 2 tsp of oil in the morning, it also improve the digestive system.
  8. To treat constipation in few days drink orange juice empty stomach early in the morning.
  9. Drink water more than 2 liters a day to flush out the toxins and to keep proper bowel movement.
  10. Do stretching exercise daily to keep your body free of disease. It will also help to cure digestive problems.
  11. Have a solution of hot milk and honey taken either at bed time or at morning leads to easing constipation.
  12. Senna is another herb of laxatives. A tincture is the easiest way to take this herb. Take at least 10 to 20 drops at bed time.
Care should be taken during constipation, other wise it may result to many known disease. Also try making barley a permanent addition to your diet, it will relive constipation and keep your bowel movement easy.
