Today millions of American, Especially teenagers are suffering from acne skin and outbreaks. But many acne sufferers feel as though they have no other choice.
The reason for acne is tension, depression, anxiety,improper bowel movement, toxins in body, and even because of dandruff.
It is necessary to remove the toxins from your body, that's the main reason. From some of us, acne and pimples are a rare occurrence.
Not only bothersome, acne can also indicate toxicity, it's important to encourage radiant skin and cleanse the body by making easy adjustment to the diet and utilizing natural home remedies.
We are what we eat, our skin is depend on our diet plan, because of oily food, junk food can cause acne. Certain pharmaceutical medications prescribed for acne sufferers come with serious side effects.

  1. To get rid of acne, apply pineapple juice on the affected areas and wash it off after 15 minutes.

  4. Take two cloves of raw garlic regularly with warm water early in the morning to get rid of acne, blemishes and blackheads.
  5. To get rid of acne scars apply the mixture of onion juice and vinegar on the affected areas.
  6. For acne scars apply lemon juice twice a day.
  7. Drink buttermilk two or three times a day, it flushes out toxins and heat from the body.
  8. Apply a paste of gram flour, pinch turmeric powder, and lime juice for acne and pimples.
  9. Stay out of sun, exercise daily, wash your face at least twice a day, clean your hairs with anti-dandruff shampoo,do not use make ups on your face (which can block your pores), try to keep your hands off your face, don't use too much chemical products.
  10. Apply a mixture of sandal wood powder, rose water, lemon juice and fuller earth, let the mixture for 20 minutes an then wash off with warm water.
  11. Stay away from face talc which blocks the pores and can occur acne's. If sweat comes on face wash your face immediately with cold water, sweat can block the pores with dust can erupt more pimples.
  12. Apply honey , it absorbs moisture from the air and has anti-bacterial properties.Smear it on acne.
  13. Drink the juice of Azadirachta indica (Known as "Neem Leaves" in India) is effective in skin disease, purifies blood and reduces heat and pimples.
  14. Apply a paste of dried orange peels powder with curd helps reduce the appearance of blemishes and scars.
  15. After eating an apple, use the skin on your face to remove dirt and other skin impurities.
  16. To reduce acne scars, apply a face mask made of a honey and lemon juice.
  17. To get rid of dark spots left by acne, apply anti-septic cream containing hydroquinue.
